No tree with a trunk 4 (4) inches or more in diameter shall be taken off or effectively eliminated by excessive damage with out first acquiring authorization through the Developer. Sunshine Awnings are pre-approved for set up with ARC. You don't need to have ARC approval. The only real reason you would probably go to ARC is if you select a shade
